2027: Tinubu Meets PDP G5 Governors

President Bola Tinubu on Thursday met The G5 Governors in Aso Rock Villa, Abuja.

Tinubu held a closed doors meeting with the group by former Governor Nyesom Wike.

The G5 is the group of aggrieved then serving Governors on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.

The group kicked against the nomination of Atiku Abubakar as PDP Presidential Candidate for 2023 general elections.

They insisted on zoning of power to the Southern Nigeria after eight years of Muhammadu Buhari.

The group members are; Seyi Makinde, Nyesom Wike, Samuel Ortom, Ifeanyi Ikpeazu and Ugwuanyi
