The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Labour Party Candidate, Dr Alex Otti as the winner of 2023 Abia governorship election.
Alex Otti polled 175,467 votes to defeat the Peoples Democratic Party candidate who has a total of 88,529 votes.
