The Supreme Court has affirmed the victory of Senator Ademola Adeleke as the winner of Osun 2022 Governorship election.
The Supreme Court gave this verdict on Tuesday in Abuja
Justice Agim who read the lead judgement stated that Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) win July 2022 election.
Delivering judgment on Tuesday, a five-member panel of the apex court held that the court of appeal correctly reinstated Adeleke as governor.
