Amofin Akogun Hosts Stakeholders’ Engagement in Oke-ero LG

The Omu Aran born House of Representatives hopeful in 2027 in a robust and historic manner engaged with the Stakeholders and Elders of Oke Ero at the Iloffa Party Secretariat on Thursday afternoon.

It was joy, unity, and enthusiastic in Oke Ero Local Government in the filled Hall as Barrister Titilope Akogun engaged with party Leaders, Stakeholders, community stakeholders and the youth leaders in a heartfelt dialogue about the forthcoming elections and the journey toward 2027.

For over an hour of engagement, everyone agreed on one thing: Amofin Akogun represents a new kind of leadership.
A leadership that listens. An innovative leadership that unites. A leadership that delivers.

Speaking with passion and purpose, Amofin Akogun shared his vision for inclusive development, youth empowerment, and the revival of community-driven progress across Kwara South. His message struck a deep chord, earning cheers and resounding ovations from all the Stakeholders that silenced dissents in all corners of Oke Ero.

The people spoke clearly, they are ready for a leader who serves, not one who rules. A leader who prioritises victory for the party again and understands a clear roadmap towards achieving it.

Amofin Akogun begged for all stakeholders to be ready for his pact of assessing his performance if he wins the party House of Representatives ticket, representing Irepodun, Ekiti, Isin and Oke Ero Federal Constituency and eventually becomes victorious at the next general elections.

He decried the rate at which the masses shower curses on office holders when there is no defined standard to measure performance.

Amofin Akogun also described the Omupo – Eruku Federal Road as one of the major contributors of banditry and kidnappings in Kwara South asking the people to speak up and get what is right to be done. “It is really an eyesore”! Our Federal Representatives need to visit this road at this time, to acknowledge it is unfair not to lobby for funds to be released for further execution of this road. The road aids insecurity.”

As 2027 draws near, the movement for a better Kwara South continues to gather strength, with Oke Ero standing unanimous in its nod for the vibrant and purpose driven aspiration of Amofin Akogun and have vowed to be at the forefront of this historic journey for the revitalisation of the party and the resounding Reset of Kwara South.
