Anambra 2021: PDP Candidate, Ozigbo Gets Supreme Court Backing
The Supreme Court has declared Valentine Ozigbo as the validly nominated candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Anambra 2021 governorship election.
Recall that Ozigbo emerged as PDP candidate for Anambra 2021 after winning Primary election conducted in July.
The apex court in a judgement delivered on Thursday dismissed sour against Ozigbo’s candidacy and directed Senator Ugochukwu Uba to pay damages of N5million.
Ozigbo will face Charles Soludo, Senator Andy Uba, Ifeanyi Uba and other candidates during Anambra 2021 slated for November 20.
