The leading Kwara South APC Senatorial Aspirant, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun (ENACT) on Monday observed the Eid-el-fitr prayer in his home town, Esie, Irepodun local government.
Adeyemi Balogun while addressing newsmen urged the muslim community to continue upholding the tenets and practice of humanism cherished during holy fasting period.
Engr. Adeyemi said this in a Salah message released on the eve of EID-L-FITRI.
According to him,
*With great gratitude to Almighty Allah, we appreciate Him for showering us with uncommon mercy and favour to have completed this year’s Ramadan fasting. In Allah’s Majesty, some started with us but not chanced to see the end as we have. Alihamdulillahi Robil Alameen for the opportunity of more living.*
*Ramadan, the month of special blessings is a chance to reshape our sense of humanity in ways mandated God. We became more conscious of good deeds and holy behaviours. As pristine as our character supposed to be now, we should not backtrack to some of the vices we eschewed during the holy month.
Humanity should continue as Ramadan ends. It our prayer at ENACT that may we witness more Ramadan month on earth. May the Almighty Allah bestow on us, magnified rewards and accept all our efforts as act of Ibadah.
