Deputy Senate Leader, Ashiru Welcomes PDP Senator To APC

The Deputy Senate Leader, Senator Oyelola Ashiru on Tuesday joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) cancus to receive Senator Samaila Dahuwa Kaila (Bauchi North) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the progressive fold.

Senator Ashiru described Bauchi Senator’s defection as an attestation to growing strength and appeal of APC.

His words: “Today, at the plenary, I joined my colleagues to welcome Senator Samaila Dahuwa Kaila, Representing Bauchi North senatorial district to the All Progressives Congress (APC)

“This is an attestation to our party growing strength and appeal.
