DG NILDS Felicitates With Christians on Easter Celebration
The Director General National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Sulaiman has congratulated the Christians on this year’s 2025 celebration of Easter which is to commemorate the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Prof Abubakar in a statement issued on Friday by his Media Adviser Mohammad Abdulkadri said the celebration offer Christians opportunity to pray for the country and it’s leadership as well as to deepen peaceful co-existence with other people irrespective of religious differences.
The Director General wishes the entire Christians a memorable and hitch-free Easter Friday and Monday celebrations marking the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
He urged them to reflect on God’s love for humanity and to replicate the same in their inter-personal relationships with others towards fostering good neighbourliness at all times.
