Excitement, Glamour As UN/Norwegian Govt Delegation Meet Gombe Gov (Pictures)
The Norwegian Government and United Nations Population Fund, UNFPA delegation on Thursday visited Governor Inuwa Yahaya in Gombe Government House.
The UNFPA Deputy Representative, Erika Godson and the First Secretary, Norway Embassy, Mari Lundeby who led the delegation promised to work with Governor Inuwa Yahaya administration on girl- child education, gender equality, health with special focus on maternal mortality and succour to the displaced persons.
The Deputy Governor, Dr. Manassah Daniel Jatau, Secretary to the State Government, Prof Abubakar Njodi, Chief of Staff, Alhaji Abubakar Inuwa some commissioners and top government functionaries from relevant ministries attended the meeting.
The Senior Special Assistant on Media, Ismaila Uba Misilli and Official Photographer, Abdul No Shaking to the governor used their golden pen and camera to cover the event.
