Get Ready for Fresh Air, Amofin Akogun Tells Kwara Southerners

As we step into the New Year 2026, I extend my heartfelt greetings to the good people of Kwara South. The new year presents us with renewed hope, fresh opportunities, and a collective responsibility to build a better future for our communities.

The past years have tested our resilience, patience, and unity as a people. Yet, through it all, our strength has remained unbroken. Today, I urge every son and daughter of Kwara South to remain steadfast, hopeful, and prepared for what lies ahead.

The message of Fresh Air is one of renewal, inclusiveness, and people-centered leadership. It represents a departure from old ways that no longer serve the interest of the people and the beginning of a new chapter anchored on transparency, empowerment, and genuine development.

As we move forward in 2026, let us recommit ourselves to unity across political, ethnic, and religious lines. Our collective progress depends on our ability to work together, support one another, and place the interest of Kwara South above all else.

I remain deeply committed to the welfare of our people—especially our youths, women, farmers, traders, and professionals. Through empowerment, education, skills development, and strategic representation, we can create a Kwara South that works for everyone.

Let us embrace this new year with courage, faith, and readiness for positive change. Indeed, Fresh Air is coming, and together, we shall build a future of hope, dignity, and shared prosperity.

Happy New Year to you and your families.
May 2026 bring peace, progress, and fulfillment to every home in Kwara South.
