Gombe Governor Commiserates With SUBEB Chairman, Babadidi Over Wife’s Death
Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has commiserated with the Executive Chairman, Gombe State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Hon. Babaji Babadidi over the passing away of his wife, Justina Babadidi.
Mama Justina died yesterday at the age of 68 after a brief illness.
In a condolence message, the Governor described the deceased as a seasoned administrator and devoted career civil servant who served the state diligently in various ministries, departments and agencies until her retirement.
He added that the late Mama Justina will be remembered as a loving and caring mother whose sense of distinctive motherhood can be seen in the lives of her children who have attained enviable positions and are contributing positively to the growth and development of the society.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya enjoined Hon. Babadidi and his entire family members to take solace in the fact that death is a necessary end on all motals; moreso that the late Mama Justina lived a life of service to God, community and humanity.
He prayed Almighty God to grant the deceased eternal rest and give those she left behind, the fortitude to bear the great loss.
