Gombe Govt Announces Death of 15th Mai Tangle, Dr. Abdu Buba Maisheru ll

Gombe State Government  has announced the death of the 15th Mai Tangle, Dr. Abdu Buba Maisheru ll.

The Secretary to Gombe State Government, Prof Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi in a statement issued on Monday said Dr. Abdu Buba Maisheru ll died on Sunday after a brief illness at the age of 72 years at the Federal Teaching Hospital (FTH), Gombe.

The State Government described the sudden death of the paramount ruler as a monumental loss not only to theTangale Chiefdom and the State but the nation as a whole.

While praying for the repose of the soul of the deceased, the Gombe State Government wishes to condole with members of his immediate family, Tangale Chiefdom and the entire people of Gombe State.
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Prof Njodi said burial arrangements will be announced in due course.
