Kehinde Bankole’s KAB Foundation Installs 10 Boreholes in Oke-Ero

In a remarkable display of community commitment, the Kehinde Alex Bankole Foundation has significantly enhanced water accessibility in Kwara State by installing ten motorized boreholes in schools across the Oke-Ero Local Government Area. This pioneering initiative, undertaken in partnership with the Bank of Industry, underscores the foundation’s relentless dedication to meeting essential needs and uplifting local communities.

The commissioning ceremony, held at United Anglican Primary School in Ekan-Meje, was graced by the Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Kayode Alabi, who represented Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq. He lauded the Kehinde Alex Bankole Foundation’s transformative vision and the profound impact it has made in the region. The Deputy Governor emphasized the government’s support for initiatives that enhance essential services and foster community well-being.

Highlighting the significance of the boreholes, Deputy Governor Alabi pointed out their essential role in combating water scarcity, improving sanitation, and enhancing the overall quality of life for students and residents alike.
