Kogi 2023: Tribunal Relocates Venue To Abuja

The venue of Kogi State governorship election petitions tribunal has been relocated from Lokoja to Abuja.

The President Court of Appeal, Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem gave the directive on Wednesday.

In a statement released Secretary Kogi 2023 governorship petitions tribunal, David Umar Mike says all future sittings of the tribunal will now take place at the National Judicial Institute situated on Umar Yar’Adua Way in Abuja.

“Litigants involved in the proceedings are strongly advised to make a note of this change in venue to ensure their presence at the correct location for the tribunal’s hearings.” He noted
