Kwara Tabloid Forum To Host Career/Mentorship Program in June

Kwara Tabloid Forum in conjunction with Kwara Citizenship Development Initiative will hold its 1st Career and Mentorship Breakfast Meeting on Thursday, June 16, 2023.

The programme which is the first of its kind in Kwara State will take place at Freebies Suites, Monisoye Afolabi Street, Off Awolowo Road, Ilorin.

According to the host of the forthcoming Career and Mentorship Breakfast Meeting, Tunde Bakare, the programme is aimed at connecting youths between the ages of 18 and 32 with experts who will provide them with the necessary guidance that will help them to thrive in their chosen career paths.

Bakare noted that the programme is the first of its kind in the state and experts from both the public and private sectors have keyed in.

He added that students across the various tertiary institutions in the state have also expressed interest in attending the programme.

As seen on the programme of events, the keynote speech will be delivered by the proprietor of Socrates Group of Schools, Dr. AbdulRahman Adetunji, while Mr. Lawal Olohungbebe will be the anchor of the programme.

Dr. (Evang) Deborah Ayoola of the Holy Ghost Church of Christ and Life Ilorin will be the mother of the day, while goodwill messages will be delivered by Engr. Sunday Babalola, Dr. (Mrs) Biola Adimula, and Mr. Segun Olaniyi.
