Alhaji Abdulrazak Lawal Oko-Ode has felicitated with Muslims in Ifelodun Local Government of Kwara as they celebrate this year eid-el-Kabir

Abdulrazak Lawal Oko-ode in a statement issued on Friday said the COVID-19 pandemic has reduced funfair of eid-el-kabir celebration, noting that the trying situation will soon fade away by grace of Almighty Allah.

The PDP Candidate for Omupo State Constituency in the 2019 general elections implored every kwaran follow precautionary measures in order to flatten the curve of ravaging COVID-19 pandemic.

He appreciated all the traditional and religious leaders in Ifelodun local government for playing active role in preventing the spread of the noble coronavirus within the council.

Lawal Oko-ode used the opportunity to salute President of the 8th Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki for his humanitarian gesture towards kwarans in all the 16 local government areas during COVID-19 lockdown and Sallah celebration. He said Saraki has proved that he is not a seasonal politician or playing politics for personal gains, stating that ‘Dr Bukola Saraki who is my leader always put the people first in all his dealings.”
