LG Polls: Engr Adeyemi ENACT Congratulates APC Candidates in Kwara South

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has congratulated Party’s Candidates in Kwara South for forthcoming local government elections.

Adeyemi fondly called ENACT in a statement issued on Wednesday praised Kwara APC Electoral Committee, headed by Alhaji Abdullahi Samari Abubakar over the Chairmanship/Councilorship primary election in the seven Local Government of the District.

He  appreciated the level of transparency and success recorded across the 83 wards in Kwara South.

According to him, a big congratulation goes to the APC leadership in Kwara State from His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, our able Chairman, Prince Sunday Fagbemi and the Electoral Committee Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Samari Abubakar over the smooth conduct of the primaries election across the state particularly in Kwara South. Truly, the results as announced by the Committee are a testament to the principles of transparency, fairness, and balance of power management so that the party can win at the poll.

His words: “No doubt, democracy will always accommodate opposing views and interests as witnessed. But as a party man with committed love for the electoral success, we all must understand that the positions can only be filled with one person at a time. So, the need to demonstrate the spirit of sportsmanship as the primary is over. Let us support the decisions of the party leadership in the interest of peace and progress for our respective areas. If anyone is aggrieved, s/he should follow the right channel as stipulated in the party constitution with all sense of decorum and civility.

“To the successful seven chairmanship and Eighty-three councilorship candidates in Kwara South, please focus on strategies to win the coming election. Work with everyone to ensure seamless victory come September. Congratulations to you all, as I wish us victory at the poll.”
