Moro LG Chairperson Appoints Youth Mobilizer, Nura Muhammad As Council Secretary

The Chairperson of Moro local government area in Kwara State, Hajia Mariam Abdulwasou Omotayo has appointed former Students Leader, Comrade Nurudeen Muhammad as the Council Secretary.

Omotayo announced this via a statement issued by her Media Assistant, Shuaib Abdulwahab Alkinla.

Muhammad, a community mobiliser and youth leader hails from Jebba ward.

He studied Biochemistry at Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU), formerly Katsina State University.

The Chairperson also named Idowu Abosede Victoria, Ayuba Hammed Abdulsalam, Lawal Amudalat Sukurat and ⁠Omotayo Kareem as Supervisory Councillors.

All appointees are directed to resume duties at the Council Secretariat with immediate effect.

This appointment reflects the administration’s commitment to inclusive governance, grassroots development, and effective service delivery to the people of Moro Local Government.
