Ogasibe FC Wins First Idera De Ramadan Football Classic In Oyo

Ogasibe Football Club, on Sunday, thrashed HS FC 3:0 to emerge champions of the maiden edition of Idera De Ramadan Football Classic, powered by Hon. Rahman Raheem Adeola.

The first half of the competitive encounter decided at Oba Lamidi Adeyemi Mini Stadium, Ode Aremo, Akesan, Oyo ended goaless as both teams failed to convert their scoring chances.

Prolific striker, Adebayo Aliu, who was introduced in the second half, opened the scoring sheet for Ogasibe FC with a powerful long rage shot .
Ogasibe took dominance shortly after the first goal through a spectacular display with much coordination.
Segun Adediran and Egunbiyi Toheeb added second and third goals to earn their side a well-deserved victory in front of numerous spectators.

Meanwhile, All Stars FC beat Oladokun FC, ( 2–1 )during the third place encounter played on Saturday.

The final of the tournament put together by Hyzik Media Concept, run by Ace Broadcaster, Dayo Ojo and Idera De Foundation, saw Champions, Ogasibe FC, rewarded with a giant trophy and cash prize.
Runners-up, HS FC and third position, All Stars FC went home with cash gift.

Dignitaries at the final match include the donor, Hon. Raheem Rahmon Adeola represented by his mother, Alhaja Fatimo Raheem ,
Prince Akeem Adeniyi Adeyemi, Member, Federal House of Representatives, Former Chairman, Oyo West Local Government, Hon. Abdul – Fatai Okunlola (Obabi), stakeholders among others.
