Ojulowo Omoluabi Holdings Refused To Allocate Land After Payment, Customer Raises Alarm

One of the subscribers to the NBS Garden, Kobape, Abeokuta, Mr Isaac Fasetire has raised alarm over non allocation of land after full payment.

Mr Fasetire while narrating his experience said he saw Ojulowo Omoluabi Holdings advertisement on Nollywood Actress, Nkechi Blessing’s Instagram page in December 2021.

According to him, the land was being sold on an installment payment plan for ₦300,000 per plot, with an initial deposit of ₦50,000 and the remaining balance spread over 12 months.

His words: “After making the full payment, an allocation letter and a deed of agreement was prepared, which we asked a friend in abeokuta to pick up. But power of attorney was requested.

“He went back severally with the said document but met the office locked.
however, I have since discovered that the company’s official lines and social media accounts are no longer active,(saw other people complaining of non allocation on the social media page) and their office in Abeokuta is locked since 2023. The land has not been allocated.

“I have attempted to contact several people.  Nkechi Blessing, the ambassador, has not responded.  The company’s lawyer confirmed she also bought plots and knows the CEO, but she has not provided a clear reason for the non-allocation.

“The CEO, Mr. Victor Enitan Mark, responded to my DM,fixed several zoom meetings to no avail. Although learnt he held a Zoom meeting with some buyers but has since stopped responding to all messages.

“During the meeting, he reportedly asked people to pay an additional ₦270,000 for a survey of the unallocated land. Around March he responded to one of my several messages that he will resolve the issue by April, after which he stopped responding.”
