Oke-ode Community Agog As BABAYUO Foundation Organises Ramadan Lecture

…Cleric Prays for Tinubu’s Re-election, Acknowledges Ojulari’s Impact at NNPCL

Oke-ode Community in Ifelodun local government of Kwara State on Sunday bubbles as BABAYUO Foundation organised 2026 Ramadan Lecture.

The Ramadan Lecture held at Elemosho Mosque, Ojulari Compound (the family house of the Group CEO of NNPCL, Dr Bashir Bayo Ojulari) with the Chief Imam of Offa, Sheikh Muhydeen Salman Hussein leading the lecture.

Sheikh Muhydeen Salman Hussein during the event appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Oke-ode born Engineer, Bayo Ojulari as the GroupCEO of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and prayed for his re-election in 2027.

Sheikh Muhydeen Hussein stated this on Sunday while delivering Ramadan Lecture organised by BABAYUO Foundation at Ile Elemosho Mosque, Ojulari Compound, Oke-ode, Ifelodun local government of Kwara State.

The Islamic Cleric lauded the President for the confidence repose in Engr Bayo Ojulari who he described as a worthy ambassador of Kwara State with excellent service delivery.

He acknowledged efforts of the NNPCL GroupCEO for implementing reforms in the petroleum sector inline with renewed hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu.

Sheikh Muhydeen Hussein later offered prayers for re-election of President Bola Tinubu in the forthcoming general elections, noting that one good term deserves another one.

He used the opportunity to sympathise with the Elesa of Oke-Ode over recent bandits attack in the community.

The Elesa of Oke-Ode, Oba, Muftau Adebayo Akanbi Ibrahim tasked indigenes to emulate Ojulari and others investing in community development. He noted that normalcy is returning to the community.

Dignitaries at the Ramadan Lecture include Elesa of Oke-Ode, Oba Muftau Adebayo Akanbi Ibrahim, Chairman Ifelodun local government, Hon Femi Yusuf, former Chairman Odi-Olowo local government of Lagos State, Chief Mufasiru of Oke-Ode, Alhaji Muhammad Zubair, Director of Information University of Ilorin, Kunle Akogun among others.
