Ondo 2020: Group Hails Ayedatiwa’s Choice As Akeredolu’s Runningmate
A group under Aketi continuity forum, Pentagon Movement Group (PMG) has congratulated Hon. Lucky Ayedatiwa on his choice as running mate to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu(SAN) for Ondo 2020.
This was contained in an online release signed by the Public Relations Officer of the group Mr. Damilola Afolabi.
Damilola said, Ayedatiwa announcement as the the running mate to the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate went on happy notes of all members of the group and the good people of the sunshine state.
He said, the previous records of Ayedatiwa have shown true progressives, party faithful and a great commitment coupled with immense contributions to the development of the party and the state at large.
He however stressed that, the Ilaje born politician emergence will not only bring forth incomparable achievements to APC but, to the entire people of the sunshine state.
The Statement read
“It’s with a deep sense of excitement and renewed hope that we received the news which announced your name as the running mate to our dear Governor of Ondo State Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu in the coming Gubernatorial Election in Ondo State”.
“With your antecedents as a true progressive, party faithful, who has shown and exhibited a great deal of loyalty and commitment to this administration and the party as a whole, coupled with your immense contributions to the growth and development of Ondo State in general, we have no doubt that your emergence as the running mate to Arakunrin Akeredolu will not only bring forth good tidings to the party alone,but to the entire Sunshine State”.
“From the Pentagon Movement Group, we say a big congratulations to you, we cannot but appreciate the immense support which you gave our members during the last awareness and publicity drive in Ilaje and Ese Odo; within the short period of our existence as a group we have felt the weight of your valuable contribution to your goals and objectives”.
“We assure you of our continual support and loyalty to see that we all achieve our common goal which is the sustenance of good governance from the Arakunrin Akeredolu led administration beyond 2020”.
The former NDDC Commissioner was said to have picked according to Governor, after a wide consultation with the key stakeholders including, the party’s leaders.
