Prof Sulaiman Congratulates DG NIALS, Abikan

General National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, NILDS, National Assembly, Professor Abubakar Olanrewaju Sulaiman, has congratulated Professor Abdulquadir Ibrahim Abikan, SAN on his new appointment as the Director General and Council Member Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS)

In a congratulatory message by his Media Adviser Mohammad Abdulkadri, Professor Sulaiman said his appointment is well deserved.

He thanked President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, GCFR, for approving the appointment of the erudite scholar whom he described as a man of proven integrity and competence.

The DG NILDS prayed for God’s guidance and successful tenure for Professor Abikan as he pilots the affairs of the Institute.
