Saraki Gets Loads of Love At 60

The President of the 8th Senate, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Monday, December 19, 2022 clocks 60.
Saraki, the former Kwara State Governor who currently in Saudi Arabia for lesser Hajj has received thousands of birthday tributes from Political Associates, Proteges and well wishers across the world.
The post announcing his birthday on Facebook page @Abubakar Bukola Saraki has attracted over 3600 comments and over 500 share as of the time of filing this report.
He writes: “A few hours to my 60th birthday, I am in Medinah today to give thanks to Almighty Allah. Afterall, when Almighty Allah repeatedly asks us in Surah Ar-Rahman that “which of the favours of Allah will you deny?”, our answer is NONE.”
In Kwara State, Saraki’s loyalists organised Special Prayers for him at late Dr Olusola Saraki’s residence in GRA ILORIN, Agbaji Mosque, PDP Secretariat Offa and other part of the state.
While the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) legislative arm also organised leadership summit to celebrate Dr Bukola Saraki at 60.
On Sunday, ABRAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE staged BUKOLA SARAKI KWARA YOUTHS SUMMIT AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM to assess the impact of PDP stalwart on Kwara State and Nigeria at large.
FactualTimes reports that PDP Deputy Governorship Candidate, Hon Gbenga Makanjuola, Senator Rafiu Ibrahim, Engr Dare Bankole and aides of Saraki including Yinka Otukoko, Baba Idris, Sarafadeen Lawal Akanbi and others graced the event.
Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki is the son of late Senate Leader, Dr Olusola Saraki. He served as Special Assistant to President Olusegun Obasanjo before his election as Kwara State Governor in 2003. He was former Chairman of Nigeria’s Governors Forum.
He represented Kwara Central Senatorial district from 2011 to 2019.
