Senator Ashiru Empowers Women, Out of School Youths in Kwara South

The Deputy Senate Leader and Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial district, Arc. Oyelola Ashiru has empowered over 250 women and out of school youths in the district.

The Senator on Wednesday October 16, 2024 distributed industrial sewing machines, grinding machines and freezers an at held at Monarchs Luxury Hotel, Ganmo, Ifelodun local government.

The beneficiaries drawn from seven local government areas in Kwara South.

The empowerment program is another way to create sustainable means of livelihood for vulnerable women and out of school youths in Kwara South.

Senator Ashiru speaking through his Personal Assistant, Hon. Hammed Omuiyadun promised to continue to deliver dividends of democracy and improve well-being of Kwara South Residents.

According to him, Empowerment Program for vulnerable women and out of school youths will help them get sustainable means of livelihood. We will continue to impact lives of our Constituents inline with our electoral promises.

This program is part of Empowerment Series facilitated by Senator Oyelola Ashiru through National Productivity Center, Abuja.
