Senator Ashiru Hails Tinubu over Lateef Fagbemi’s Nomination as Minister

The Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial district and Senate Deputy Chief Whip, Arch Yisa Oyelola Ashiru has applauded President Bola Tinubu over the nomination of Abdulateef Fagbemi SAN as Minister.

Senator Oyelola Ashiru during Senate’s screening reeled out outstanding qualities of Fagbemi says he is a calm, humble, resourceful and agent of community development.

The Senator noted that his nomination was widely accepted in Kwara South and the state as a whole due to his track records.

Ashiru said Ministerial nominee from Kwara State is a good ambassador of the state based on his activities and contributions toward nation building.

He however advised Fagbemi to be thorough and painstaking in any portfolio assigned to him by President Bola Tinubu after his confirmation by the Senate.

Senator Ashiru implored the legal luminary to foster good working relationship for development among three tiers of government; Executive, Legislative and Judiciary.
