Senator Ashiru Sponsors National Road Transport Council Bill
The Senator representing Kwara South and Deputy Senate Leader, Oyelola Ashiru has sponsored bill for establishment of National Road Transport Council.
The Senate Leader, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele presented the bill during resumption of plenary for year 2024t.
The bill for establishment of National Road Transport Council will regulate and promote sustainable peace in the sector.
The bill which passed first reading is to be saddled with be responsibility of regulating the road transport industry and the road transport profession in Nigeria.
