Senator Ashiru’s Ally, Bilqis Sanni Appointed Executive Director of NCDC

The Deputy Senate Leader and Senator representing the district, Senator Oyelola Ashiru has facilitated the appointment of Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni as the Executive Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC).

Her appointment, confirmed by the Senate during the announcement of the commission’s board members, has been met with excitement and commendation from constituents across Kwara South, who view it as a major step forward in regional representation and development advocacy.

Hajia Sanni, popularly known as Alhaja Alasonla, is a distinguished figure known for her deep community involvement, leadership capacity, and commitment to socio-economic advancement.

Similarly, Reverend Bunmi Olusona, a respected clergyman and community leader from Oke-Ero Local Government Area, has also been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the board of the Commission.
