Sustainable Empowerment: Senator Ashiru Trains PCB Designers in Kwara South

The Deputy Senate Leader, Senator Oyelola Ashiru on Monday commenced training of new Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designers in Kwara South.

About 50 participants drawn from seven local government areas across Kwara South Senatorial district are attending the training at ONEIH, Offa.

The Printed circuit board (PCB) designers are technical professionals who use computer software programs to design the layout for electronic circuit boards.

Participants will be exposed to how to assembly and repairs PCB for individual and corporate users.

PCB skills is fast becoming another lucrative opportunity as individual, government and private organizations are building climate friendly building.

With proficient skill in PCB, the Youth in Kwara South can work closely with engineers to create 3D models of circuit boards, thereby reducing the need to source for experts from outside the state.

With this training, Senator Oyelola Ashiru is creating sustainable means of livelihood for youth, reducing unemployment and boosting Kwara South economy.
