Yahaya Bello Receives Heroic Reception In Lokoja

Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state on Wednesday received heroic reception in Lokoja to celebrate supreme court judgment.

Supreme Court had on Monday upheld Yahaya Bello’s victory at November 16 governorship election.

Bello, the All Progressives Congress today returned from Abuja after securing victory in 10 months legal battle.

He thrashed PDP Candidate, Musa Wada and Natasha Akpoti of SDP at the supreme court.

Excited residents of Lokoja, the state capital storm the streets to welcome the governor.

With the Supreme Court judgement, Yahaya Bello second term tenure will expire on January 22, 2024.
