Grassroots Banking: BTA Foundation Increases Beneficiaries from 50 to 65, Releases Irepodun List

Dear Good People of Irepodun Local Government,

Warm greetings to you all, and happy Sunday.

I am pleased to announce that we have concluded the beneficiary selection for our Online Banking 2025 Scheme, a grassroots-focused initiative designed to support individuals who face challenges in starting small businesses.

This initiative was conceived to empower aspiring entrepreneurs by providing each beneficiary with:

✅A Moniepoint POS machine,
✅A start-up grant of N25,000,
✅Operational training, and
✅The opportunity for increased capital after three months, based on performance.

Initially, we planned for 50 beneficiaries, but due to the overwhelming response and demonstrated need, we have increased the number to 65 beneficiaries. Though we desire reaching even more people, this is the extent to which God has enabled us at this time.

Following successful rollouts in Ekiti, Isin, and Oke Ero, we are excited to now release the official list of beneficiaries from Irepodun Local Government Area. This marks another significant milestone in our mission to empower lives and promote economic self-sufficiency across Kwara South.

As we continue this journey, I encourage all beneficiaries to start small and grow steadily. By God’s grace, we are also preparing future initiatives aimed at empowering graduates, artisans, and small-scale business owners with N250,000 each, to scale their efforts and contribute meaningfully to our local economy.

Congratulations to all selected beneficiaries. Our best is yet to come.

Yours in service,
Amofin Joseph Titilope Akogun
President, BTA Foundation
