2027: Tinubu Retains Shettima As Running mate

President Bola Tinubu has retained Kashim Shettima as his running mate for the 2027 presidential election.

Tinubu made the revelation on Friday while submitting his INEC nomination form to the APC National Working Committee (NWC).

Special Adviser (Political Affairs) to the President, Ibrahim Masari, submitted the nomination form on his behalf Tinubu during a brief event attended by APC leaders at the Continental Hotel in Abuja.

Similarly, the Vice President Kashim Shettima visited his boss at the Aso Rock Villa to appreciate him.

Tinubu praised the former Borno State Governor for his loyalty and dedication.
