Adamolekun Provides Automated Borehole for Ekiti Community
Fortune smiled on Residents of Aisegba Ekiti on Saturday as the community was gifted an automated motorized solar powered borehole by a philanthropist and indigene of the town, Kayode Adamolekun.
The motorized borehole executed by the executive director of Kayode Adamolekun foundation will serve over 5000 households in the community.
The commissioning was witnessed by members dignitaries including member representing Gbonyin local government in the Ekiti state house of assembly, Peju Okunuga.
Speaking at the Commissioning, Adamolekun said the gesture was borne out of his desire to help his Community and not linked to politics.
He bemoaned the non availability of electricity in the community for about one decade and said he trusted the efforts of the incumbent Governor of Ekiti state, Biodun Oyebanji to find a lasting solution to the electricity challenge in the area.
Dignitaries at the event appreciated the efforts of the donor in the area of provision of the motorized borehole and other interventions in the community.
