APC Chieftain, Adeleye Urges Aiyedatiwa, FG To Address Infrastructural Dearth in Idanre
The Organizing Secretary of All Progressives Congress (APC) United Kingdom Chapter, Dr. Jasper Adeleye has bemoaned the dearth of infrastructures in Idanre amidst huge deposit of national resources.
Adeleye in a statement issued during the weekend described the situation as disturbing and worrisome.
According to him, Idanre is a strategic town in Ondo State with huge deposit of timbers and cocoa which are great contributors to the state and national GDP and revenue is suffering from infrastructural deficit.
Adeleye said: “We don’t have good roads in Idanre (both access and link roads), our people don’t have access to portable water supply and other basic amenities. We cannot to watch our people suffer daily”.
The APC Chieftain revealed that he has been providing succour to Idanre community with his personal resources and network.
Adeleye however called on Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to take progressive action by addressing the infrastructural deficit in the ancient city of Idanre.
He also charged Federal Lawmakers representing the axis to call attention of federal government including President Bola Tinubu and relevant Ministries/Agencies to the plight of Idanre residents.
FactualTimes reports that Adeleye in 2021 facilitated the drilling of multimillion motorized borehole at the back of Olofin Police Station, Idanre to ensure people get access to clean and safe water.
He also rehabilitated Ojota Celestial Church Tanimowo to link Basic Health Centre axis of Idanre township road.
