APC Convention: Elect Viable Presidential Candidate to save Nigeria – Ola Olohun

As the All Progressives Congress, APC, National Convention gets underway, a chieftain of the party from Olorunda local government, Hon Olawale Oladimeji Lawal, has called on delegates of the party to save the nation by voting wisely for a candidate who has the ability to rescue Nigeria.

Lawal, a.k.a Ola Olohun, said what Nigeria requires at this trying time is a worthy leader capable and passionate about saving Nigeria from further plunge, and not one who is aspiring for personal accomplishment.

In a statement personally signed and made available to newsmen on Monday, in Osogbo, the state capital, Lawal also warned against selling the future of the nation in exchange for money.

“At this juncture in the annals of our nation, it behooves on us as citizens to do what is right by electing the right candidates for the Presidential position.

“This is key in ensuring that we go to the polls in 2023 with a viable candidate who can steer the ship of this nation to a desired destination.

“As it stands, party delegates have a role to play in this regard. The future of the nation lies in our hands,” he said.

The entrepreneur cum politician also admonished aspirants from the south not to jeopardize their chance. He charged them to put eggs together and step down for the best candidate with a better chance in the interest of the South and the nation at large.
