The Supreme Court has affirmed victory of Father Hyacinth Alia as winner of Benue 2023 governorship election.
The Apex Court on Monday dismissed appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party and its governorship candidate in Benue.
The Court ruled that the appeal lacks merit.
Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission declared Alia of APC winner of March 11 poll.
