City Boy Movement Suspends Inauguration of Kwara Chapter

The City Boy Movement has suspended the inauguration of Kwara State Chapter and Town Hall meeting slated for Tuesday September 29, 2026 in Ilorin.

City Boy Movement, the Youth Group mobilizing support for re-election of President Bola Tinubu decided to put the event on hold from intervention from the Presidency.

FactualTimes gathered that the event scheduled to hold at Arch Santa Arena, Ilorin is being organised by the Director General Youth Mobilization (North Central) in APC Presidential Campaign Council, Amb Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki-Gambari.

Insider source told our medium that the disagreement between Kwara State Coordinator, Baba AbdulRazaq who is the brother of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and Yahaya Seriki’s group led to the suspension of the event.

Yahaya Seriki, one of the frontline APC  Governorship Aspirants is having frosty relationship with Kwara Governor following outcome of the Party’s primary election.

The Source said Baba Abdulrazaq is exploring option of moving as a united group to mobilize support for Tinubu’s Re-election.
