Defamation: Kwarans Storm Court in Solidarity With Mashood Mustapha, Grants Bail
Kwarans on Monday stormed Ilorin High Court to stand in solidarity with the Wakilin of Ilorin Emirate, Hon Mashood Mustapha over alleged defamation filed by Kwara State Government.
Justice M. Abdulgafar of the Kwara State High Court during the hearing granted bail in the sum of N5million to Mashood Mustapha (MM) and his brother, Bolakale Mustapha.
The State Government alleged the duo of defaming Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in a viral video following demolition of Crystal Place, Ilorin.
The case has been adjourned to 18th July, 2025.
