Eid-El-Fitr: Oloriegbe Felicitates With Muslim Ummah, Appeals For Sustain of Ramadan Virtues

The Senator-Elect, Kwara Central Senatorial district, Dr. Ibrahim Yahya Oloriegbe has extended his felicitations to Musim Ummah across the nation over the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan which heralded Eid-el-fitri celebration.

Oloriegbe in a congratulatory message signed by his Media Aide, Bolaji Aladie expressed that the virtues embedded in the just concluded sacred month should not be discarded to the bin of history until another Ramadan so far no one can predict if he/she will be alive for the next Ramadan.

The lawmaker-elect also advised Nigerians to remain steadfast and committed to the prospect of having a peaceful and prosperous Nigeria devoid of anarchy and chaos.

“Over the last 29 days, Ramadan has afforded us opportunity to undergo obligatory spiritual rebirth which has reformed us to better individuals. It had also brought out of us, the spirit of kindheartedness, togetherness and selflessness as exhibited throughout the period, thus, it becomes expedient we elongate the tempo of these good virtues beyond Ramadan.

  “While I celebrate this auspicious festival with fellow Muslim brothers and sisters across the Nation, I want to enjoin us not to recede in our prayers, struggles and efforts towards the building of a peaceful and prosperous Nigeria that will be envy of her contemporaries.
We must ensure that we work hand-in-hand with everyone around us so as to enshrine within ourselves, the love that will take us to greater height.”

The erstwhile Majority Leader of Kwara State House of Assembly also felicitates with members of Emirate Council under the leadership of HRM, Alh. (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, all the Islamic Clerics and all constituents of Kwara Central Senatorial District.
