“Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” — Albert Einstein. This powerful quote by the German-born theoretical physicist captures the life of Engr Kayode Adamolekun in the last 50 years. He has indeed added value to the society through his professional activities, humanitarian efforts and community impact projects.

He rises from the Ekiti community to become a recognised voice in his sector and promotes advocacy against drug-abuse with his non government organisation.

As the Founder and Group CEO of Hardams Group, he is helping the government to solve unemployment by creating jobs and supporting the nations economy through his company. His business interest in the mining and real estate sectors have placed as a force to reckon with.
It’s therefore not surprising when Engr. Adamolekun made the list of top 100 Inspirational Men as curated by the Kijani Media in 2023.
According to the organisation, one hundred personalities were listed which made him a shining star.
The man fondly called Engr. Kay is using his intellects and resources to creat a better and good life for humanity with hard work, dedication and the strong will to achieve greatness.

Engr. Kay through years of perseverance, consistency in chasing his goals and building a good brand with excellent character has carved a niche for himself in his chosen career. He is a man of virtues that always strives to create a better society for humanity.
Beyond that, he has stepped up his humanitarian activities with the view to creating a platform for youth development, supporting the less privileged, investing in community development and providing educational support for the needy.
The philanthropist has invested millions of naira in educational support in Ogun, Oyo and Ekiti States ( his home state). ‘Great’ Kay has sponsored many out-of-school children and dropouts back to school to fulfill their destinies including a student who attempted to commit suicide in 2019. Hundreds of students across tertiary institutions are currently on his scholarship list with steady payment of their tuition fees without unnecessary publicity.
Each time he sees people going through hard times, he is always in a state of confusion as he takes over most of the peoples’ problems and gets them solved. This is the motivation of his community’s intervention programmes like drilling of boreholes to provide safe and clean water for the needy communities. The kind-hearted young man has helped many communities solve their numerous problems challenging their existence.
Similarly, the Ekiti-born mining expert has assisted a lot of downtrodden people by giving them sustainable means of livelihood, thereby reducing poverty and other social vices in the society.
Today we celebrate another God’s blessing to mankind, Engr Kayode Adamolekun on the auspicious occasion of his golden jubilee anniversary. We celebrate a selfless Nigerian, a good Ambassador of Ekiti State, champion of anti drug abuse advocacy and mobilizer for community development.
