Kwara 2023: Shagaya Drums Support for Governor AbdulRazaq

The Executive Chairman of Salman Shagaya Foundation, Alhaji Sheriff Shagaya, has commended the forthrightness and visionary leadership traits of His Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the executive governor of Kwara State.

Alhaji Sheriff Shagaya made the declaration while giving appreciation speech on behalf of Bakini and Shagaya families during the condolence visit in honour of the deceased matriarch, Alhaja Sahadat Abdulraheem, at GRA Ilorin residence on Tuesday.

Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulraszaq led the state delegations; Kwara State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt (Engr) Yakubu Salihu Danladi and 23 Honourable Members of the 9th Assembly; Cabinet Members; Party Executives; and Stakeholders; to commiserate with Alhaja Muinat Bola Shagaya over the loss of her mother.

“On behalf of the Shagaya and Salman families, we thank and appreciate you for coming. Our families have been together for a very long time. We’ll like to appreciate your futuristic way of thinking, wisdom, and support for our brother, Muktar Tolani Shagaya, on clinching the ticket for the Federal House of Representatives, Ilorin West/Asa Constituency.

We want to assure you, In shaa Allah, victory will be set by all of us. It takes someone that can see the future for him to be able to build Kwara. We know where we are coming from, we know where we are and we know where we are going. We want to assure you that we are right behind you. You know our capacity and availability. With your support and leadership, I am sure victory will be guaranteed come 2023”, Shagaya said.
