The member representing Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency, Hon Ismail Tijani has been alleged of diverting empowerment items for his constituents.
The APC lawmaker reportedly organised the empowerment program in previous years at Federal Polytechnic Offa with the unveiling of beneficiaries.
Findings revealed that the Lawmaker and his team refused to distribute the items to beneficiaries.
Our Correspondent gathered that the refusal to distribute the items prompted one of the beneficiaries to petitioned Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC).
Investigation by the anti graft agency led to discovery of the empowerment items facilitated by Hon Ismail Tijani at one private Warehouse in Ijagbo, Oyun Local Government of of Kwara State.
The equipments facilitated by Hon. TIJANI KAYODE ISMAIL Representative of Ifelodun, Oyun and Offa Federal Constituency was sealed behind Stevben Pharmacy, Opposite Sawmill,Tade Area, Ijagbo.
Efforts to reach the Lawmaker to get his reaction proved abortive as of the time of filing this report.
