Moshood Bakare Unveils Agenda at Kwara Tabloid Leadership Series
Hon. Moshood Bakare, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency on Wednesday unveiled his legislative focus and agenda at Kwara Tabloid Leadership Development Series.
The Engagement held at Justice Mustapha Akanbi Library had in attendance community leaders, civil society advocates, and youth representatives.
Addressing critical questions on legislative independence, former Commissioner Prince Tunji Morounfoye praised Bakare for resisting attempt to access ₦20 billion loan.
According to him, a Member of Kwara State House of Assembly Moshood Bakare said there’s no need to burden Kwara citizens with more loan.
The PDP House of Representatives Candidate reiterated that the legislature must maintain its structural independence to safeguard public interest, asserting that his rich legislative experience will enable him to secure strategic committee assignments capable of attracting tangible federal dividends to the constituency.
