… Akeredolu’s Loyalists Attend Meeting

Ondo State Deputy Governor, Mr Lucky Aiyetidawa on Thursday presided over State Executive Council meeting in Government House, Akure.

This is the first time Aiyetidawa will convene after four months of Governor Akeredolu’s absence in Akure.

Recall that Akeredolu in July communicated Ondo State House of Assembly on his plan to proceed on Medical leave. His letter paved way for Aiyetidawa to become Acting Governor.

The political tension in Ondo State became dramatic after Akeredolu returned to Nigeria but ruling from his Ibadan Residence.

FactualTimes reports that the intervention of President Bola Tinubu led to latest development in Sunshine state.

The meeting was attended by Akeredolu’s Loyalists including Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Bunmi Odu, Commissioner for Finance, Wale Akinteriwa among others.
