Overview of AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s Achievements in Kwara Central
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq is the All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial Candidate in Kwara Central for 2027 general elections. The Governor will be presenting his scorecard to the Kwarans and immediate constituency to solicit for support ahead of the polls.
For Governor Abdulrazaq, his impressive record of service and achievements speak louder for deaf to hear. From Otte (Asa) to Adewole (Ilorin West) to
Iloffa road(Ilorin East) to Tanke (Ilorin South), the impactful projects of the current administration spread all over the state.
He has been running a people-centered government by implementing projects to address challenges facing different communities. His achievements cover various sectors including education, health, agriculture, rural development, electrification, water and roads.
As part of his commitment to give Ilorin-the state capital, Governor Abdulrazaq constructed two flyovers, over 100 roads with walkways, interlock pavement for interior communities and some township roads. The deliberate investment in infrastructure makes the people feel the impact of the government and enjoy dividends of democracy.
In Education, Governor Abdulrazaq’s administration provided new classrooms, perimeter fencing, library, motorised boreholes and ICT Centres in schools to create a conducive environment for teaching and learning in schools. Mega School in Adeta which is a multistorey complex 45 classrooms, Library, ICT centre and modern recreational facilities.
In addition, he has transformed the health sector by renovating, cottage hospitals, basic health centres and primary health centres across the state in order to ensure residents of rural communities have access to quality healthcare. As of today, almost all the wards in Kwara Central have functioning primary health centres. People of Ago-oja, Afon, Pampo, Otte-oja, Aboto-Alfa, Alapa and other communities in Asa LG can now access medical care within their domains.
Furthermore, Governor Abdulrazaq has restored hope to many communities that were experiencing electricity challenges by distributing transformers, installing dedicated lines and rehabilitation high tension network in Asa local government. In 2025, Kwara State government distributed 30 transformers to communities in Ilorin South local government. Abdulrazaq’s administration also installed solar streetlights in some rural communities to enhance businesses and security.
The list of AA’s achievements is endless. The people of Kwara Central and other parts of the state are feeling positive impacts of the APC administration in the State. The people of Kwara Central would support the Senatorial bid of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to enhance him consolidate on gains recorded as the number Citizen of Kwara State.
