Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been declared winner of July 16 Osun 2022 governorship election.
Osun 2022 Election Petition Tribunal gave the declaration on Friday at Osogbo High Court.
The three-man panel, led by Justice Tertsea Kume by a majority judgment of 2-1, orders INEC to withdraw Certificate of Return issued to Governor Ademola Adeleke and issue new one to Oyetola.
