The President of the 8th Senate, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki and Kwara State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have felicitated with former Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed on his 60th birthday celebration.

Saraki writes: “As the former Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency, Abdulfatah Ahmed, fondly called Mai Gida, celebrates his 60th birthday today, my family and I join his family, friends and supporters across the nation to wish him a very happy birthday.

“As he begins a new age, we pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) will continue to guide, protect, and grant him good health, success and a long life.”

Kwara PDP in a statement issued on Friday Ahmed fondly called Maigida for his exceptional loyalty.

“Governor Maigida is celebrated for his administrative brilliance, exceptional loyalty, and unwavering confidence in the face of challenges.

“His enduring commitment to the welfare of Kwara State is evident, and we take pride in acknowledging his contributions, particularly the establishment of KWIRS, which has become the cornerstone of Kwara State’s financial stability, providing the present Abdulrazaq government with the dividends it is lavishing on unprofitable ventures today.”
