University of Mkar VC Visits Prof Abubakar Sulaiman

The Vice Chancellor, University of Mkar, Professor Zacharys Gundu on Monday paid a courtesy visit to the Director General, National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Sulaiman.
