…Jegede Urges Delegates To Be Peaceful During Primaries

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates from Ondo South Senatorial district have promised to vote Eyitayo Jegede during party’s primaries for Ondo 2020 governorship election.

The delegates while speaking in their different local government areas reiterated their unrelenting support for Jegede’s candidacy, noting that ‘he earned their support through his consistency, loyalty and commitment to the party’.

They concluded that the Akure born politician remains the best candidate with wide political network, sagacity and acceptability to lead the party to victory during October 10 governorship election.

Meanwhile, Jegede has appealed to PDP delegates across the state to conduct themselves in a peaceful manner before, during and after primary election slated for July 22, 2020.

The leading governorship aspirant made this call on Saturday while addressing party leaders and delegates in Irele.

He noted that the Peoples Democratic Party is one big and united family in Ondo State, saying it’s important for every member to stay together and work for party’s victory in the main election.

The Legal Luminary expressed optimism that he will emerge as Party Candidate and go ahead to win October 10 governorship election with wide margin.

The member representing Irele/Okitipupa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives,Hon Gboluja,  Party executives and other stalwarts attended the event.
