Ibiwoye Gets Kwara North PDP Stakeholders Backing Ahead of Primaries

The governorship aspiration of Chief Olasheni Ibiwoye SAN received a boost as the Peoples Democratic Party in Kwara North led by the Senatorial Chairman, Hon Usman Mohammed  declared support for him, FactualTimes reports

The Caucus while endorsing Ibiwoye on Monday described him as a rare breed in the current political landscape.

FactualTimes gathered Ibiwoye presented his blueprint to party elders, stakeholders, and principal officers during extensive engagement held in Ilorin on Monday.

Addressing key challenges facing the region, Chief Ibiwoye unveiled a five-point manifesto centered on: security, human capital development, massive infrastructure expansion, modernized agriculture, and the establishment of a Kwara Rural Development Commission.

He also assured stakeholders of fairness and inclusivity in governance, promising equitable distribution of key ministries if he secures the party’s gubernatorial ticket.

In response, stakeholders commended his strategic approach, sincerity, and determination, urging him to maintain continuous engagement with the region to build a strong and lasting relationship, drawing inspiration from the party’s leadership tradition.
